3. Product Information & Fragrance Descriptions
We take pride in presenting our luxury fragrance collection with maximum artistic accuracy. Each perfume profile displays its olfactory family, notes hierarchy (Top, Heart/Middle, and Base notes), longevity index, and bottle volume (e.g. 50ml, 100ml Eau de Parfum).
Olfactory Experience & Skin Chemistry
Fragrance notes may perceive slightly differently on different skin types due to individual body chemistry, temperature, and skin moisture. Product images and packaging colors may also vary slightly depending on monitor display settings.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Methods
All prices listed on RORLUXURY are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Accepted Payment Methods: Razorpay Gateway (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Net Banking, and major digital wallets).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on eligible pin codes across India. COD orders may be subject to a phone or WhatsApp confirmation verification prior to dispatch.
- Price Revisions: We reserve the right to modify product prices, active discounts, or promotional coupons at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of order confirmation remains binding.
5. Order Placement, Acceptance & Cancellation
Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not constitute our final acceptance of your order. RORLUXURY PERFUME reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit order quantities for any reason, including:
- Product being temporarily out of stock or discontinued.
- Inaccuracies or typographical errors in product pricing or descriptions.
- Inability to obtain authorization for payment or suspected fraudulent activity.
Customer Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order free of charge prior to fulfillment and dispatch by contacting customer support with your Order ID (#ROR-XXXX). Once an order has been dispatched with our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled mid-transit.
6. Shipping & Delivery Terms
We partner with premier courier networks (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Express Delivery) to ensure safe, temperature-controlled delivery of fragile perfume glassware:
- Free Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping applies to all prepaid orders and orders exceeding ₹999 across India.
- Estimated Timelines: Metro cities typically receive deliveries within 2 to 4 business days. Regional and remote locations may take 4 to 6 business days.
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your parcel before initiating a Return-To-Origin (RTO).
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website—including but not limited to the brand name RORLUXURY PERFUME, trademarks, registered logos, custom bottle silhouettes, typography, graphic designs, photography, product names (e.g. Noir, Rose, Musk, Oud), and written descriptions—is the exclusive intellectual property of RORLUXURY PERFUME.
Any reproduction, duplication, distribution, or commercial exploitation without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
RORLUXURY PERFUME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total purchase price actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
